Return Period

You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it from our supplier.

General conditions for returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Liquids, such as certain beauty products, must not be opened or used.
  • Make sure to include the original receipt or purchase invoice.

How to Return an Item:

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at support@celtic-mode.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

How do customers receive the return label?

  • For returns (including right of withdrawal): Please contact us so that we can send you the return form by email. All you have to do is download and print the label. Please note that the shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • For defective products: Please contact us so that we can send you the label by e-mail. You only need to download and print the label.

Exchanges

We will only exchange damaged, incorrect products, incorrect sizes, or defective products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@celtic-mode.com or +353 87 654 3210.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Damages and problems:

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

What is the restocking fee?

There is no restocking fee.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be made through the original payment method once we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the products are unopened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the tracking details so that we can process the refund.
